Our Employer Branding study consists of two steps. In an annual representative survey, we analyze the preferred values and value propositions of different profiles of job seekers. In the second step, we go and put your values or value propositions to test with your selected target-groups, in a benchmark with your competitors. Together, this helps you not only to understand the people you want to reach, but to actually put the results into practice and shape or re-shape your message. Because Potentialpark's credo is that research only matters if it leads you to the next steps.
