Entry Level Position in Sales and Marketing
JOB DESCRIPTION – What we offer:
The Potentialpark group (Potentialpark, Entrypark and iHipo) is looking for two Account Managers to help our clients to improve their employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract, recruit and retain the right talent on a global level.
As an Account Manager, your job will be to initiate and develop client relationships, both via telephone and during live business meetings. This requires strong negotiation and inter-personal skills. Once a relationship is established, you will take part in project management and final deliveries while continuously engaging in business development. In order to support our sales efforts, there are various sales and marketing activities you will participate in and eventually drive yourself. You will get first-hand experience from working with well-known international corporations, brand names and top academic institutions. You will negotiate with clients from different cultural backgrounds and work in an international, young and dynamic team.

We are looking for:
- Previous work experience and success in sales and/or marketing is a plus
- University education, preferably with a degree
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- German, French, Spanish or Chinese is a definite plus
- Positive and communicative, able to smile face-to-face or over the phone
- Confident and creative team-player who takes initiative
