Webstore in 10 steps

1. Visit the webstore and discover our products
Via the navigation on top you can inform yourself about Potentialpark’s trend reports and even take a look inside the reports.

2. Add to cart
Once you have decided which trend reports you are interested in, just press the “Add to cart” button. Your shopping cart will appear on top of the Webstore page. You can still add more products while browsing the webstore page.

3. Add-on: Country and regional breakdowns
Additionally, you can purchase country and regional breakdowns for your reports. The breakdown options are visible on the bottom of the product pages. Please note that the breakdowns are only available in combination with a full report and cannot be purchased separately.

4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
Before you confirm your order, make sure you read the terms and conditions.

5. Select payment method
We offer two payment options:
1. Place an order and pay directly via paypal with a credit card
2. Request an order form and pay later via an invoice

6a. Credit Card payment
You will be redirected to a PayPal page where you can finalize the payment for your order. You do not need a PayPal account to process the payment.

6b. Requesting an invoice / order form
If you would want to receive and order form and invoice, we will ask you to provide some basic information via an online form. Once you have sent this form, we will send you on order form which you will have to sign and return to us via email or fax. We will then send you an invoice for your order to an address you specify.

7. Order summary
After your purchase, you will be redirected to a “Thank You” page with a summary of your order. You will also receive an email from us with all the receipt and a confirmation of your order.

8. Don’t forget your shipping address
Here, you will also be asked to provide your shipping address to make sure we send your reports to the right place. Please make sure the information is correct.

9. Confirmation and awaiting delivery
We will process your order within 48h hours and send you a final confirmation of your order before we ship your report(s).

10. Your feedback
We are looking forward to receiving your feedback on the webstore and our products. If you have any comments please contact us, or fill out a feedback survey available from an “Order Summary” page. Thank You!

1. How can I find out more about Potentialpark products and services?
For more information please go through our website. If you have any questions feel free to contact us via the contact form on the bottom of every page.

2. What reports can I purchase online?
Currently you can order Trend Reports via our website. However, visit our website frequently as we are planning on expanding webstore’s portfolio. Alternatively, contact us for more information on other products.

3. What payment methods do you offer? How can I pay for my reports?
Once you have your products in the cart, you can choose one of the following payment option:
1. Place an order and pay directly via paypal with a credit card
2. Request an order form and pay later via an invoice

4. How will I receive my reports?
We will ship the reports in printed form with DHL.

5. What are extra breakdowns for Trend Reports? Can I order them without ordering a full report?
We offer country and regional breakdowns as add-ons for the Trend Reports that provide extra regional data from our global survey. They are not available for purchase without the main report.

6. Can I get a digital version of the reports?
Due to confidentialty and privacy reasons, we unfortunately don’t offer digital reports at the moment.
