Partnership Development Internship Stockholm, Sweden (6 months)

Who we are:

Since 2002, Potentialpark has been providing professional market research and consulting services with the aim to improve the communication between talent and employers. During the Autumn, we are looking to employ an international team with the mission to promote and attract respondents to our global annual survey and help students and graduates find their best-matched careers.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Initiate, develop and negotiate strategic partnerships with top universities, higher education organizations and student organizations via telephone, email and social media

  • Create new long-lasting relationships with our partners and maintain old ones 

  • Support with the creation and editing of the marketing and communication materials 

  • Support the partnership managers with the partnership strategy

  • Lead and support sales, account management, research and digital marketing projects

From August to October you will:

  • acquire basic sales, communication and marketing techniques

  • learn the power of persuasion

  • improve your business communication skills

  • get an extensive knowledge of the global talent communication market

  • be involved in research projects

During the next 3 months you will acquire above-mentioned skills plus you will:

  • build and manage social media content

  • explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target clients 

  • Develop your analytical skills for knowledge creation and marketing

  • Additional marketing and PR skills

  • Event management, preparation, and execution of Potentialpark’s annual conferences 

  • Build your professional network

To succeed in this role, you are:

  • A great communicator, over the phone as well in social media

  • A great relationship builder with the ability to smile over the phone

  • Target-oriented with a willingness challenge yourself and find creative ways to achieve results

  • A self-driven, independent quick learner with great organizational and prioritization skills who thrives in challenging environments

  • Confident with strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities

  • Interested in our areas of expertise

  • The ability to easier work independently or in teams

We expect you to have:

  • A university degree or currently studying for one

  • Fluent in English and one more language (Spanish, Italian, German, French, Portuguese) 

  • Swedish is NOT required for this position

Let us know if you have: 

  • Experience in sales, account management and/or digital marketing is a plus

Practicalities and how to apply:

  • Full-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden

  • Working hours are flexible and can be adjusted to your university schedule if needed

  • Internships start on the 19th of August.
