Position: Market Research Assistant – German and English Speaking

About Us

Since 2002, Potentialpark has provided professional market research and consulting—always with the goal of improving communication between top talent and employers.

For an upcoming research study focusing on apprentices and students, we are looking for well-organized, independent team players who speak native (or near-native) German.

You can choose to participate in just the 2-week Apprentice Project, or join both projects for a total of 4 weeks. Whether you work remotely from Germany or somewhere else in the EU—we’d love to hear from you!

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Analyze career websites and social media channels of hundreds of top employers.

  • Benchmark these channels against talent expectations gathered from our student/apprentice surveys.

  • Collaborate closely with our international research team to deliver key insights.

What We Are Looking For

  • Mindset: Structured, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about keeping organized to-do lists.

  • Languages: Native or fluent (flawless) written and spoken German, along with good conversational English to collaborate with our international team.

  • Status: Currently enrolled as a student or actively job hunting.

  • Work Authorization: Must hold a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Sweden/EU.

Project Timeline & Commitment

  • Training Sessions (Mandatory):

  • Dates: Week of September 19–23, 2026

  • Details: 2 to 3 online/remote training sessions (3 hours each) plus a short take-home exercise.

  • Project 1 (Apprentice Study): September 28 – October 9, 2026 (40 hours/week)

  • Project 2 (Main Study): October 19 – October 30, 2026 (40 hours/week)

Compensation

  • One Project (2 weeks): 11,000 SEK gross

  • Two Projects (4 weeks): 22,000 SEK gross
