If you are one of our customers, we process your personal data on the legal basis of fulfillment of a contract, i.e. The Customer Agreement. In this case, we will use your personal data in order to be able to communicate with you to provide support issues or similar. Once the effective time period of the Customer Agreement is over, we shall delete or anonymise any Personal Data when the Contract has expired or has been terminated.

We do not sell your personal data, nor do we use it for unspecified purposes.

As Potentialpark is a market research company whose products and services revolve around talent communication and employer branding industries, we may collect various types of general and personal data about you both offline and online.

Customer Profile

In order to always provide you with personally tailored information and to anticipate which products of ours you may be interested in, we will create a customer profile in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) for you based on the information we have about you. We use existing information, such as your order, contact, subscription or registration history, preferences and interests that you actively share with us via your customer account or that we derive from your recorded interactions with our website.

We offer you the option of using “social media buttons” on our website. We rely on the “Shariff” solution to protect your data in implementation.
